How it connects

FusionPBX already has what it needs

FusionPBX includes a PJSIP transport out of the box. Enabling WSS and WebRTC on your endpoints is the only configuration change required.

In FusionPBX: go to Advanced → SIP Profiles and enable the WSS transport. Then in your endpoint or extension settings, enable WebRTC. The admin portal in Stylish Softphone takes your FusionPBX domain and generates credentials for each user.

# FusionPBX — enable WebRTC on an extension
Advanced → SIP Profiles
Transport: wss
Bind: 0.0.0.0:7443 (or your configured port)
Accounts → Extensions → Edit
Media Encryption: SRTP

Stylish Softphone connects on your WSS transport and handles DTLS-SRTP negotiation automatically. Users never see any of this.

What you get

A full-featured softphone on top of your FusionPBX

Browser-based, no install

Works in Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari. Users open a link. Nothing to install or update on the client side.

White-label branding

Custom domain (CNAME), logo upload, company name. Your clients see your brand. No Stylish Softphone attribution.

BLF via SIP SUBSCRIBE

BLF presence uses standard SIP SUBSCRIBE/NOTIFY. FusionPBX handles it natively. No special configuration beyond a standard extension setup.

Call park

Park calls to numbered slots via REFER. Any agent can pick up a parked call from any seat. Configure your park extension range in Admin → PBX Settings.

Admin portal

Add users, assign extensions, generate SIP credentials. No FusionPBX user management involved. Stylish Softphone manages its own user list independently.

End users never see SIP config

Credentials are generated in the portal and stored encrypted. Users log in with extension and password. That's all they need to know.
