BLF & Call Park

A Softphone with Real BLF and Call Park

Most softphones show a static list of green and grey dots. Ours shows live ringing states, shared park slots, and lets agents transfer or pick up with one click. Built for operators who actually need this to work.

The problem

Most softphones get BLF wrong

The typical softphone shows BLF as a contact list with a colored dot. Green means available. Grey means offline. That's it. No ringing state. No distinction between "on a call" and "just offline." No way to know if a parked call is waiting.

Call park, if the softphone even has it, is buried in a right-click menu that half your agents don't know exists. And park slots are invisible until you actively look for them.

How it works

BLF and call park built for real call flows

Every presence update is driven by SIP SUBSCRIBE/NOTIFY. What you see in the BLF panel reflects the actual state of the extension, not a cached guess.

Live presence, three states

Available, ringing (pulsing amber), and on a call (red). Ringing state is derived from the <dialog-info> early state via SIP NOTIFY. Most softphones never bother with this.

Up to 100 BLF keys per user

Assign keys to any extension on your PBX. Drag to reorder. Order is saved server-side so it persists across devices and sessions.

Shared call park

One click parks your active call to an available slot. Every agent sees every occupied park slot in real time. Any agent can pick up a parked call from any seat.

Click to transfer

If an agent is available, clicking their BLF key transfers the active call directly. No hold-dial-transfer sequence. One click.

Setup

Configure BLF in the admin portal

Step 01

Set up your PBX

Enable chan_pjsip with WebRTC on your Asterisk or FreePBX system. BLF presence uses the standard SIP SUBSCRIBE mechanism. No extra modules needed.

Step 02

Assign BLF keys

In the admin portal, assign extensions to each user's BLF panel. Users can reorder keys themselves; the order persists across sessions.

Step 03

Configure park slots

Set your park slot extension range in Admin → PBX Settings. Slots appear automatically in every agent's BLF panel. No per-user configuration needed.

BLF and call park on every plan

Not a premium add-on. Flat-rate pricing from $49/mo. No per-seat fees until you genuinely scale.
